The 2 Phases of the Supreme Diet

1st Phase

Transformation (7 days x 2 meals/day)

2nd Phase

Melting (7 days x 4 meals/day)

In the 14 days you can eat 2 meals/ day or 4 meals/ day, depending on the phase, but they should be consumed within 6-8 hours. In other words, you can not eat anything for 16-18 hours a day. If you are too hungry, you can take 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter or extra virgin coconut oil, consumed as such or added in tea/ coffee. Hunger will instantly quench, and you will be able to continue your food strategy until the end.

Many people have already succeeded, now it’s your turn! The Supreme Diet gives you meal recommendations every day, but what is different in this diet is that all meals have the same proportions of macronutrients. In other words, you can decide every day what you want to eat. You do not necessarily have to eat MEAL 1 of DAY 1 the first time, you can choose to start with whatever meal you want.
